Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog (or use the search option by key word or part #), and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you choose to use your American Express card, we will need to ship the order to your AmExp billing address. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We also send COD within the continuous United States for and additional $12.00. If you choose this option, UPS will need to collect and cashier's check or money order. UPS driver's no long accept cash.

Shipping And Handling We ship standard UPS within the continuous states. You can request another type of shipping, however the rate calculated on your order is standard UPS. Additional charges for another method of shipping will be calculated when your order is processed. If you are ordering from outside the continuous US, please specify the method of shipping you prefer.

Delivery Schedule Orders placed by 3PM central time, are sent the same day - no extra charge.

Back Orders Items more than $20.00 from your order which are temporarily out of stock will automatically be shipped when received. If you wish to cancel the back ordered item(s), call or e-mail to let us know. Backordered items totaling less than $20 are automatically cancelled unless you state otherwise.

Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Minnesota. All other orders are tax free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Any new (unused) merchandise can be returned for a refund within 60 days of the invoice date. Returns made after 60 days will be charged a $6 restocking fee. (No returns are accepted after 1 year of the invoice date).

Privacy Policy Hi-Performance Engineering does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy HPE will gladly accept unused merchandise returns (within 60 days) for exchange or refund at your option. Over 60 days a $8 restocking charge will apply. No returns on items over 12 months old by invoice date. Returns must be new, unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. If repackaging is necessary, a fee will be deducted from your credit for that service. No returns on non-cataloged parts or electrical parts. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice with the return form (on the reverse side) completed. Ship returns prepaid. No CODs accepted. Remember to insure for full value.
